Rifle & Pistol Club Junior Freedom Matches 2008 Taunton 

Dates: Saturday, September 20, 2008

Times: Relay 1 at 9 AM - Relay 2 at 11:30 AM - Relay 3 at 2 PM

Location: Taunton Rifle & Pistol Club 450 East Brittania Street Taunton, Massachusetts

Directions: From 1-495 North or South take exit 8, towards Taunton on Rt 138 (Broadway St.)- Follow Rt 138 for approximately 4 miles. You will pass Market Basket on your right. At the next traffic light after this plaza, turn left on East Brittania St. The Club will be 1A mile on the left.

Course of fire: Smallbore Rifle, 60 shots, indoors at 50 feet, on A-36 Target. 20 min./20 shots prone. 10 min. change over, 3 min. prep. 40 min./20 shots standing. 10 min. change over, 3 min. prep. 30 min./20 shots kneeling.

Equipment & Rules NRA Smallbore conventional rifle rules will govern. Match is open to all competitors 19 years of age or under. Eye and Ear protection is mandatory. No coaching is allowed.

Registration and Entry fees: $20 per shooter (includes NRA registration fee).

Entries: Mail all entries with check made payable to Taunton Rifle & Pistol Club. A maximum of three, 12 competitor relays will be run for a total of 36 shooters. Registration is required. Assigned relays will be given on a first come, first served basis. NRA id numbers are required.
