Request for Massachusetts Registration Records
Submit this form to the state of Massachusetts to obtain a list of guns the state shows as having been purchased by you. (The list will not show guns you have sold, so it is of limited value.)

(Note: Response to the availability of this form has been overwhelming, according to the state. They have responded in two ways, both typical of bureaucracies. First, they have removed this form from their own web page making it more difficult for people to make such a request. Second, and more important for you, they now charge $20 for each request.)
